This is an important concept that is spoke of often but overlooked by many! Remember how many times I reformed that circle - not allowing anyone to have their back to others and I went around and got all 50 people to accomplish the task by simply telling them that they could and would do it! This is the formation of power. Bottom line - you can do anything that you set your mind to do and it is even more powerful when everyone is on the same page. Demand that everyone be on the page or they must get out of the circle!
