Please help my friend, Chris Dodds, out.

I normally don’t blog on Fridays.  However, one of my Facebook friends is a real estate investor and I’m trying to help him with his endeavors,  just ’cause I’m a nice person and that’s what I do, help people,  plus this will help me with my powerblog challenge (okay so I had a small ulterior motive).  So here is the message that he sent to me:

I am looking for houses in Barrie, Ontario, Canada that are distressed and need to be rehabbed (renovated) or sold quickly.

12-1500 sf in size.
$250,000 or less in purchase value.
Quick Closings are available

I will pay $500 for leads that I close on. They need to be at least 20% below market value.

Realtors- Please provide Sold Comparibles for any MLS listings.
