Podcasting without fancy equipment

Phone

Phone

Did you know that you could podcast without fancy equipment?

That’s right you can record a podcast even if all you have in your house is a phone and a computer.

There are several ways you can do this.  One way is to host your radio show using Blog Talk Radio like I have done for my radio show.  You can also use Gabcast to record a podcast just using your telephone. Yes I know, microphones don’t cost that much money and the sound quality is better, etc. etc. However,  I’m much more interested in you starting podcasting. You’ll have time to tweak your podcasting skills later.

Now I know you might be wondering why I have the two accounts.  I use Gabcast when I have a thought that I want to capture really quick.  I use Blog Talk Radio when I have a show that I want to be more interactive.  So what are you waiting on? Get to podcasting!

Use Mind Maps To Help You Keep Track Of Your Goals

Mind maps are an excellent way for you to keep track of your goals. One free tool to help you create a mind map is mindomo. I have included a link to an example link to a mind map for you to check out. Mindmaps are excellent for people that are visual. This mind map that I’ve created is one for a product I’m creating on video marketing. You don’t have to share your mind maps unless you want to.

Here’s the example mind map that I created:
